Just came across this nice virtual appliance & plugin to the vCenter web client that is free and sits along your vCenter and collect & send autosupport details to VMware (regular collecting of support bundles from vCenter and auto forward them to VMware for proactive support…. Seems to work Kind of similar to how NetApp Autosupport works in NetApp SANs)
